What I do when I'm in Spain is go in to any Estanco (tobacco shop). Every Estanco usually have a small lection and maybe a cabinet humidor. They all have this logo on the store front so you can spot them on a distance:

I might buy a coupel to smoke the same day and then I ask them which Estanco in town has the biggest selection or if there is any Estanco around with a walk in humidor. They are usually glad to help and give directions.

Every Estanco have to follow this price list. So you can decide from home what is cheap and what to buy other places ie Hongkong
