Finally uploaded some of my pics from my recent trip to Cuba. The greatest adventure we had was to meet Don Alejandro himself at his farm and to sit around and smoke with him personally. Smoked and talked for almost 2 hours and had the pleasure of meeting 4 generations of the Robainas. Among them his grandson (the guy I'm flexing biceps with  ) who is supposed to take over when Alejandro stop. Alejandro signed a cigar for each of us to remember our mini herf How cool is that??? Check out the pictures at: picasaweb.google.dk/cigarsmokersdelight/CubaTrip2007 Bought 1 box of Cohiba Siglo I, a box of Juan Lopez Seleccion No.1, a box of Montecristo Petit Edmundo, some Vegas Robaina Don Alejandros from the farm and some Cohiba Esplendidos that are most likely fake from the hustler that set us up with Alejandro. Even though he tried to hustle us for more we thought that splitting a box of his fakes would be payment enough for his services. |
